Welcome To My Inner Gospels
These are my core lessons from my Soul awakening and remembrance.
No borrowed doctrine.
No studied spiritual matrix teachings.
No initiations into Deity lineage.
No religion.
Only my Soul truth.
These are the truths that remained once confusion lifted and my inner knowing returned.
They were not found by endlessly reaching outside of myself.
I found them by remembering what was already true within.
What I’ve lived has become what I am able to teach.
Let The False Fall
Let the old you die, the new you is waiting to rise.
There comes a point on the spiritual path where you can no longer carry what was built from fear, performance, survival or illusion.
The false self cannot come with you where your Soul is leading. The masks, the coping patterns, the identities you built to be loved, safe, chosen or understood all begin to crack.
Ego death can feel like loss at first but what is falling away was never your truest self. It’s only the version of you that learned how to survive in distortion.
To let the false fall is to stop clinging to outdated identities, relationships, beliefs and emotional patterns simply because they are familiar.
It is to allow the death of what no longer holds truth even when it is uncomfortable.
This teaching asks for surrender and sacred release. It asks for a collapse but only because, the truth cannot rise until the false falls.
You are not being punished when your old life starts to crumble. You are being made more honest, more you than you’ve ever been.
It is the remembering of who you were before fear taught you to become less.
We aren’t here to survive, we are here to love. It may not feel like love at first but you will look back one day and feel tears of gratefulness for this experience.
I promise you, everything you’re holding onto will not matter once you see yourself as you are.
Your life is falling apart? How exciting! That means what is true will rise from the ashes.
Release Control
No obsessive decoding, no chasing.
Feel the truth, it doesn’t need an explanation.
You don’t need proof, your Ego does.
Control is often the Ego’s attempt to create safety in the unknown.
It wants certainty, timelines, answers, reassurance, evidence. It wants to decode every sign, predict every outcome and hold tightly to what cannot be forced.
Truth does not need to be chased, you already know the answer, you already feel it.
Real Soul truth carries its own frequency. Your body knows, your Soul knows, it’s your mind that panics and demands proof.
This teaching is about learning the difference between discernment and control. Discernment is calm, clear and rooted in inner knowing. Control is anxious, repetitive and fear driven.
When you are obsessively decoding, chasing closure or trying to force meaning from every small thing, you are usually no longer in truth, you are in survival. This is grasping, not everything needs to be explained.
One day you may realise this was a huge lesson for you. Your Higher Self and your guides may send confirmation, but sometimes confusion itself is the lesson, teaching you to trust what you already know.
This is so we eventually realise “this is exhausting, I need to trust myself and what I already know to be true.”
To release control is to trust what you already feel without needing to overwork it. It is to stop gripping so tightly around outcomes, people, signs and answers.
It is to let stillness reveal what force never could. The Soul does not beg, chase or spiral. It feels, it knows and it waits for what is true to show itself in its own time, it doesn’t need confirmation because it knows the inner truth is enough.
This means no longer mistaking over analysis for wisdom or obsession for devotion. The more you let go of the need to control, the more clearly truth can rise without distortion.
I had to be driven to my absolute limit to release control, I was stubborn, stoic, a typical Taurus in distorted masculine embodiment.
If it is for you, it’s already yours, can you receive it? It cannot ground into your reality if you’re chasing it away.
See What Is Real & What Is True
Just because something is real doesn’t mean it is true.
One of the deepest dissolutions is learning the difference between what is real and what is true.
Something can be real in the sense that it is felt. It can move through your body and affect your emotions.
It can leave an imprint, arrive with force, intensity, symbolism or spiritual weight. That does not automatically make it true.
Something can be real and still be distorted truth. It can be real and still be false light, control based, fear driven or a shadow projection.
Just because something is real doesn’t make it a destination, sometimes it’s the lesson your truth is beneath.
Truth is deeper than intensity, than chemistry, than signs, longing, pain or psychic experience.
Truth holds, it remains clear, it doesn’t need to manipulate you into believing it.
Truth does not collapse the nervous system and call it devotion, truth does not demand you betray yourself to keep it alive.
Truth does not ask for your suffering in order for the realness to remain.
To see what is real and what is true is to become honest enough to admit that not everything felt deeply is meant to be followed.
Not everything spiritual is sacred and not everything intense is aligned.
Sometimes what is real is the emotion. Sometimes what is true is releasing the distorted label, identification and perception of it.
This teaching asks for discernment. It asks you to stop worshipping intensity and start listening to your body.
What is true will be able to withstand honesty. It will remain when projection falls away, it will still be itself when fear stops narrating it.
The path is not to deny what is real. The path is to see it clearly enough that truth can finally separate itself from distortion, illusion and projection.
Trust Your Knowing
You already have the answer.
It’s inside of you.
Learn to trust yourself.
There comes a point where the lesson is to no longer seek confirmation and decode signs.
The lesson becomes an inward journey of how to stop abandoning what you already know.
Your knowing is not always loud or dramatic, it isn’t supposed to be. That’s spiritual ego, false light and dramatised matrix awakening perception.
It does not always arrive as a lightning bolt or the Tower Tarot card.
It’s quiet, steady and sometimes it’s the one truth that keeps returning underneath all the noise. Usually, it’s also the one you’ve been avoiding.
Your Soul knows long before your mind surrenders and agrees. Your body knows long before your Ego feels safe to trust it.
Your inner knowing is there before you have words to explain it because you’re not supposed to.
Inner knowing is felt, not spoken, not heard, not told to you by something external. It’s inside of you, it always has been.
But many of us were conditioned not to trust ourselves by society, social norms and the systems created to control us.
If we doubt ourselves constantly, if we’re always looking outward, we forget how to trust our own inner knowing.
We were taught to second guess, to over explain, to look outside of ourselves for permission, confirmation and authority.
We have been caged in systems of patriarchy, capitalism, hierarchy and religion for our entire lives. That’s why something so natural like listening to your inner truth gets bypassed.
We were taught to doubt the very voice that was trying to guide us home, back to our Souls truth.
To trust your knowing is to stop treating your inner truth like a suggestion and stop asking everyone else to confirm what your Soul has already made clear.
It is to understand that self trust is not arrogance, it is remembrance, sovereignty and embodiment.
Why are we waiting for signs when we already know the answers?
This does not mean your Ego always has the answer, your Ego has the story, the label and makes the meaning tied to the experience.
There is a deeper place within you that knows, a place beneath panic, performance, fear, the need to be chosen, reassured and externally guided.
Your knowing will not always tell you what is easiest or what you want to hear but it will tell you what is true.
When you trust yourself, you become less susceptible to outside influence.
When you listen inwardly, it becomes harder for external distortion to pull you away from yourself with confusion, projection and false guidance.
You already have the answer because the part of you that is real has never been separate from truth.
Learning to trust yourself is learning to return to the voice that was there before fear taught you to abandon it, question it and doubt it.
Identify The Voice Of Truth
Instead of reacting, feel into your body.
Your Soul doesn’t react, your Soul already knows.
Find your stillness, stand in your power.
One of the most important lessons on this path is learning to tell the difference between a reaction and a truth.
A reaction is fast and charged. It wants to defend, explain, chase, collapse, lash out, prove and cling.
It rises quickly because something unresolved has been touched.
Conditioning reacts.
Fear reacts.
Wounds react.
Ego reacts.
The nervous system reacts when it believes it is under threat.
Truth does not move like that.
Truth is often quieter, slower and deeper.
It does not need to fight for its place because it already exists beneath the noise.
Our Soul does not panic in order to be heard because our Soul already knows.
That is why this teaching asks you to pause before you move and become honest enough to ask, what is actually speaking through me right now?
Am I reacting from conditioning, fear, old beliefs or a wound that has been triggered?
Am I reacting from my own perception and the meaning I have attached to this moment?
Or am I responding from my awareness, my embodiment and my truth?
To identify the voice of truth within you is to return to your body before your mind hijacks the moment by forcing meaning.
It is to notice what tightens, what spirals and what simply knows without performance or labels.
Your body can tell you a lot when you stop demanding that it justify itself in words and proof.
Truth does not always feel comfortable but it always feels clean.
It does not flatter or inflate you, it steadies you over time.
It does not always give you the outcome you want but it brings you back into alignment with yourself and your sovereignty.
You are allowed to feel everything but not every feeling is the voice of truth.
Some feelings are messengers, memories, survival responses or projections asking to be seen clearly.
Stillness helps you hear the difference.
When you stop reacting and start listening, you begin to recognise that truth has a very different frequency from fear.
Fear contracts, scrambles and demands.
Truth stands, witnesses and never asks you to abandon yourself to stay connected to something false.
To find your stillness is not weakness, it is power.
It is the moment you stop letting the loudest part of you make every decision and your awareness returns you to your centre.
The voice of truth is not the one screaming from within and overstimulating you.
It is the one that remains when the reaction has settled.
Truth is what whispers beneath your reactions, beneath your perception and beneath all the noise.
The Mirror Doesn’t Lie
Why blame your own reflection?
Psychic interference? You’re letting it in.
Your twin flame is rejecting you? You’re ignoring yourself.
Instead of acting like a victim, ask yourself, what is this mirroring back to me?
One of the hardest teachings to accept is that not everything is happening to you in the way you think it is.
A lot of what feels external is also reflecting something internal that is asking to be seen.
This means your reality reveals where you are still wounded, available, abandoning yourself, tolerating distortion or looking outside of yourself for what was meant to be reclaimed within.
This teaching is confronting, it removes the comfort of pure victimhood and replaces it with responsibility, accountability and self reflection.
Psychic interference? Why is your field open to it?
Rejected? Where are you already rejecting yourself?
Confusion? Where are you ignoring what you know or constantly doubting yourself?
Distortion? Where are you still participating in it?
The mirror is not here to shame you, it is here to illuminate you.
What happens externally touches something internal that has not been fully seen, owned, healed or reclaimed.
The mirror is not always the deepest truth, sometimes it is the trigger, a symbol or a subconscious pattern finally becoming visible.
This is why self reflection matters more than external blame.
Instead of asking, why is this happening to me?
Ask, what is this showing me?
What am I being asked to see?
Where is this pattern already living inside me?
What part of me is still available for this?
That question changes everything.
The moment you see the mirror clearly, you stop giving all your power to the outside world.
You stop acting like your life is being dictated by other people, energies, systems or outcomes.
You begin to realise that some of the deepest work is not in fighting external factors, it’s becoming someone who is no longer a match for the distortion in the first place.
If something keeps showing up, there is usually a reason.
If something external has power over your peace, it is worth asking why.
This is not about self blame, it’s about self awareness and self improvement.
The mirror does not appear to punish you.
It appears so you can finally see what has been unconscious and once you can see it, you can stop feeding it.
You can stop calling it fate or bad luck.
You can stop building an identity around being the one things happen to and you can choose to become the one who sees.
Not everything is external.
Some of what you are fighting outside of yourself is the part of you that is still asking to be brought back into truth.
Focus On Presence
The past is gone.
The future doesn’t exist.
The present moment is the only place life is actually happening.
One of the deepest lessons on this path is learning how to come back to now.
Not yesterday.
Not tomorrow.
Not the fantasy.
Not the fear.
Not the endless decoding of what something means.
Now.
The mind loves to leave the present moment. It runs backward into memory, regret, shame and old stories.
It runs forward into anxiety, prediction, fantasy and imagined outcomes.
It drags you out of your body and into mental tangents that steal the life that is actually in front of you.
But the present moment is where truth lives.
The past is already gone, the future does not yet exist. Even time itself is not as fixed as the mind wants to believe.
In the astral, time is not linear. Spirit does not move the way human fear does.
Still, the only moment available to you here, in this body, in this life, is the present moment. That is why presence is power.
To focus on presence is to stop abandoning the life that is right in front of you for stories that have not happened, endings you cannot control and meanings you do not need to force.
It is to calm the thoughts that keep trying to run off into tangents.
What does this mean?
What happens next?
What if I lose this?
What if this is a sign?
What if this changes everything?
Maybe it does, maybe it doesn’t but none of that is the current moment you’re in.
Presence asks more of you than overthinking ever will. It asks you to actually be here, to feel the breath in your lungs, to see what is in front of you.
It asks you to receive the ordinary miracle of what is already here instead of chasing some imagined clarity or happiness in the future.
The present moment is not a waiting room, it is not the space before your real life begins, it IS your life.
This teaching is about learning to stop treating now as something to escape.
It is about learning to sit with what is, without immediately trying to convert it into a story, a fear, a prophecy or a problem.
There is so much peace available the moment you stop asking every experience to explain itself.
Sometimes the deepest truth is not hidden in the next sign, sometimes it is in the coffee in your hand.
Sometimes it’s in the sunlight on the floor, the dog at your feet, the breath in your chest and the miracle that you’re here at all.
Enjoy the moment, be grateful for what is in front of you, let now be enough to stand in for a second without demanding more from it.
Presence is not passivity, it is devotion to what is real.
When you come back to the present moment, you come back to your body, your power and your actual life.
Not the one your mind is inventing, the one that is already here.
Feel
Allow yourself to feel your emotions in real time. No more suppression.
One of the biggest distortions we are taught is that feeling makes us weak, messy, dramatic or too much.
So we suppress. We swallow it, numb it, explain it away, dissociate from it and we call it maturity when really, it is avoidance.
But emotions do not disappear just because you refuse to feel them, they stay in your body.
They build pressure, turn into anxiety, resentment, shutdown, confusion, numbness, illness, overthinking and self abandonment.
This teaching asks for something much harder and much truer. Feel it when it is happening.
If grief rises in the middle of the shopping centre and tears hit your eyes, let yourself cry.
Maybe not in a way that abandons your safety, but do not shame the feeling just because it arrived in public.
If anger rises in your stomach because someone disrespected you, do not smile and call it grace.
Say something immediately, address it, feel the fire while it is still honest. Don’t allow anger to turn into resentment, let it out while it’s assertive and boundary setting.
Allowing yourself to feel is allowing your emotions to live, immediately. They are your bodies way of giving you information in the present moment.
It is your body telling you the truth of a situation before your mind has had time to sanitise it.
This does not mean every emotion needs to run your life, it means every emotion deserves to be acknowledged before it hardens into something heavier.
Crying is not weak or embarrassing, anger is not taboo or insane, sadness is not a victim mentality or a manipulation tactic. But they do become those things if you suppress them indefinitely.
A simple tear suppressed for years turns into a meltdown in public.
Your anger turns into a raging outburst if you don’t set boundaries the moment your body tells you to.
Sadness turns into an identity, depression and anxiety when it isn’t expressed outwardly.
Emotions are movement, they are energy asking to be met.
When you suppress them, you do not become more evolved, you become more disconnected from yourself.
To feel in real time is to stop abandoning yourself at the exact moment you need your own presence the most.
That means let the tears come, admit when something hurt and speak when someone crosses a line, set the boundary immediately.
Leave places and people when you want to, don’t force yourself to sit in discomfort, suppression is not peace, it is an emotional prison.
Some of us were raised to believe that staying quiet is strength, it isn’t.
How is silencing yourself strength? It’s self betrayal, it’s suffering in real time.
There is a difference between discernment and suppression. Discernment knows how to respond wisely, suppression buries the truth and calls it control.
Discernment says “I know this person cannot understand themselves or my emotions. So instead of explaining myself, I will leave.”
When they ask why or start making accusations, don’t over explain, set the boundary and let silence speak.
Suppression says “I know this person cannot understand themselves or my emotions so I’ll put up with their actions and make excuses and pretend I’m busy next time they message me.”
Suppression is still replying to every message, feeling guilty for lying, talking about them behind their back.
Instead of just setting the boundary, telling the truth, you open yourself up to toxic energy and call it sovereignty.
This teaching is not asking you to become chaotic, it’s asking you to become honest.
Feel the sadness before it becomes numbness, feel the anger before it becomes bitterness.
Feel the fear before it becomes a whole false story and feel the joy before your mind talks you out of it.
When you let yourself feel, truth moves through your body instead of becoming trapped in your mind.
Emotions that are truly felt do not need to haunt you, they can be felt and released.
No more suppression, no more pretending you are fine when your body is telling the truth and no more spiritualising your way out of basic emotional honesty.
You are allowed to feel in real time and to respond in real time in a real way.
You are allowed to be a living human being instead of a performance of composure and self betrayal.
Feeling is not losing control, it’s telling the truth while it is still alive.
Money Isn’t Real
It is modern day slavery.
A structure made to control.
An agreement to sacrifice yourself indefinitely.
Using spirituality for money is distortion and spiritual bypassing.
One of the clearest things I have remembered is that money is not sacred in the way people have made it out to be.
It isn’t God, it isn’t worth, it isn’t proof of alignment.
It is definitely not evidence of spiritual truth.
That is why using spirituality to chase money is such a distortion.
The moment spirituality becomes a strategy to gain wealth, status, power or control, it has already left truth.
It becomes performance and manipulation. It’s spiritual bypassing dressed up as wisdom.
Suddenly everything is abundance codes, money rituals, wealth frequencies and manifestation hacks.
But underneath all of it is the same thing. Fear, lack, ego, greed, control and the need to feel chosen by a system that was never built on Soul truth in the first place.
It is capitalism with a shama llama ding dong running a pyramid scheme.
Spirituality is not supposed to be used to avoid the deeper work of survival and self worth wounds, scarcity conditioning and nervous system dysregulation.
But that is exactly what happens when people try to turn the sacred into a shortcut for money.
They don’t want truth, they want relief. They want power and to skip the part where they actually have to face themselves. That is distortion.
There is nothing wrong with having money or being paid for your work.
There is nothing wrong with receiving support, abundance or material stability.
The distortion begins when spirituality is used as a tool to justify greed, inflate ego, manipulate desperate people or turn material gain into proof of enlightenment.
Money is not a spiritual achievement. It isn’t a sign that someone is more evolved and it isn’t evidence that someone is more aligned, chosen or blessed.
Some of the most spiritually distorted people hide behind wealth and some of the most deeply aligned people have very little and still carry truth like a flame.
Using spirituality for financial gain often becomes a way of avoiding reality. Instead of doing the real inner work, people start performing abundance.
Instead of regulating the body, healing the wound, building integrity and facing survival fear honestly, they light candles around their debt and call it ascension.
That is not remembrance, that is escapism in sacred language.
That is a hierarchal capitalist wearing a crystal bracelet.
This is the guy who went to Bali for 2 weeks, took some Ayahuasca and replaced his suit and tie for a shawl and meditation.
It is a woman who opened her third eye once and came up with an idea for a retreat that somehow, only caters to white people and is based solely off her “teachings.”
Money and spirituality, paired with a spiritual ego, makes cults.
Money is not evil but it is not Divine either. It is neutral until people project divinity onto it. The sacred was never meant to be reduced to a sales tool.
It is totally fine to open a yoga studio, retreats, give guidance, do Tarot/psychic readings.
What I’m referencing is the Guru’s who promise financial abundance from a spell and fake tarot readers who charge $800 for twin flame readings and “violet flame protection rituals.”
I’m talking about the practitioners who rely on distortion and fear as their marketing strategy.
If spirituality is only valid to you when it can make you richer, more successful, more desired or more powerful in the world’s eyes, then what you are following is not Soul truth.
This teaching is not anti money. It is anti distortion, anti bypassing and anti using the sacred to avoid your own shadow.
Money is not the measure, truth is.
Why Manifest?
When you can be in alignment.
Why manifest money or a Soulmate through rituals and theory when you can do the inner work? This is spiritual bypassing.
One of the biggest distortions in modern spirituality is the obsession with manifestation.
Desire isn’t wrong, wanting more isn’t wrong but most people are not manifesting from truth.
They are trying to control life from a wounded state and calling it alignment.
They want money, love, safety and to be chosen.
They want relief from lack, loneliness, fear and uncertainty.
So they turn to spells, rituals, frequencies, affirmations, scripting, vision boards and manifestation theory.
But none of that means anything if you’re still abandoning yourself, still dysregulated, still terrified and still repeating the same wounds and calling it magic.
That is not alignment, it’s desperation disguised as spiritual language.
Why manifest money when your nervous system is still organised around scarcity?
Why manifest a Soulmate when you still don’t know how to choose yourself?
Why beg the Universe for what your own inner world is not yet safe enough to hold?
This is why I say manifestation culture is spiritual bypassing.
It teaches people to focus on the outcome instead of the wound.
They focus on desire instead of confronting their distortion.
They focus on rituals instead of their reality and their fantasy instead of their embodiment.
It tells people to “call in” abundance while they are still bleeding from survival fear and to manifest love while they are still abandoning their own truth.
It tells people to perform spiritual confidence instead of actually doing the inner work that would create real alignment. That is inverted spirituality.
Alignment asks something much deeper of you.
It asks you to ask yourself,
Where am I out of integrity?
Where am I still acting from lack?
Where am I still betraying myself?
Where am I trying to force an outcome instead of becoming honest enough to hold it?
Manifestation says, how do I get it?
Alignment asks, what in me needs to become true first? That is the real work.
You do not need a money bowl as much as you may need self reflection.
You do not need a Soulmate ritual as much as you may need to stop accepting breadcrumbs and chasing people who aren’t emotionally available.
You do not need another abundance affirmation as much as you may need to regulate your body, face your fear and see the truth about what you are still available for.
Rituals aren’t the problem, manifestation itself isn’t the problem. The problem is using spiritual tools to avoid transformation.
A candle cannot override self abandonment, a spell cannot replace boundaries, affirmations cannot do the work of embodiment for you and a vision board cannot heal a wound you are still refusing to face.
That is why I ask, why manifest when you can be in alignment?
Because alignment is real, it’s honest, it changes your life from the inside out.
It is not about forcing the Universe to prove your worth, that’s Ego.
It is about becoming someone who no longer needs external outcomes to confirm what is already true within.
Manifestation without inner work is just wounded longing with pretty words.
Alignment is when your life starts matching your truth because you stopped living in contradiction and irony.
It is when your mind is no longer fighting what your Soul already knows.
It is when your standards, choices, boundaries and self trust become stronger than the fantasy of being rescued by an outcome.
Why manifest when you can align?
Why chase symbols when you can become honest?
Why perform rituals for love when you can become someone who no longer abandons themselves?
Why beg for abundance when you can heal the part of you that still thinks worth has to be earned?
Alignment is not glamorous, an aesthetic or a shortcut. It’s boring, it’s quiet, it’s truth and truth changes everything.
Embodied Teaching
You cannot teach what you haven’t embodied
You cannot truly understand what you haven’t experienced, overcome and embodied. Therefore, you cannot teach it.
One of the biggest distortions in spiritual spaces is people teaching what they have studied or been taught.
They read it, they heard it, they watched a video on it, they borrowed the language or they memorised the concepts.
This is performing wisdom without ever being changed by it. That is not embodiment, it’s recycled information.
There is a difference between “I learned this” and “I lived this.” There is a difference between repeating a teaching and becoming one.
You cannot truly understand a wound you have never sat in. You cannot guide people through a collapse you have never survived.
You cannot hold others through an initiation you have only studied from a distance.
You cannot teach what your body, your nervous system, your choices and your life have not actually had to integrate.
This is why borrowed doctrine is so dangerous, it sounds right, it looks polished and it can be spiritually impressive.
But there is no weight in it, no transparency, no honesty, no transformation and definitely, no spiritual authority.
Real teaching changes the teacher first. It breaks them open, humbles them, strips them bare.
It forces them to confront what is false in themselves before they ever try to name what is false in others.
Embodiment is not saying the right words. It is what remains when life has tested you and the truth still stands.
That is why so many people can speak beautifully about trauma, sovereignty, discernment, union, awakening, boundaries, shadow work and healing while living in direct contradiction to everything coming out of their mouth.
Because they did not embody it, they learned the script and the script is not the same as the truth.
It never will be.
There is a particular emptiness to teachings that have not been lived. They sound polished but they do not land.
They may excite the mind but they do not change the body. They may impress the wounded ego but they do not actually guide anyone home.
Because the body knows when something is real.
The nervous system can feel the difference between someone speaking from memory and someone speaking from embodiment.
One feels borrowed while one feels anchored.
You cannot teach discernment if you still worship projection. You cannot teach boundaries if you still abandon yourself to keep peace.
You cannot teach nervous system safety if you’re spiritually bypassing by borrowing doctrine or recycling distorted beliefs. You cannot teach embodiment while living in the illusion of it.
This is about integrity. No one has to master everything before they speak.
But if you are teaching from a place you haven’t experienced, collapsed into, repaired from and integrated, then what you are offering is not wisdom.
It is imitation, it is a performance, it is false, it is bypassing and misleading.
That is the spiritual matrix, borrowed truths, recycled doctrines and fantasy language.
People teaching what sounds right instead of what became true. This is why lived truth matters more than borrowed brilliance.
When something has been experienced, overcome and embodied, it carries a different frequency.
It has humility, precision, compassion without performance and real authority without inflation.
Because the person is not teaching to sound wise.
They are teaching because the truth altered them and now it lives in them.
I whole heartedly believe that spiritual schools and courses are absolute nonsense, it allows collective bypass.
How is a certificate truth? That is a credential, a professionalisation of the sacred. Its a bypass.
Let’s stop saying “I learned this in a course, I heard this from a guru, I can read this doctrine beautifully for my TikTok page.”
Let’s start truthfully saying “I have bled for this, I have survived this, I have been humbled by this, I have embodied this.”
And that is why I can speak on it. If it is not lived, it is theory.
If it is not embodied, it is performance.
If it has not changed you, you are not ready to teach it and I believe, no one should speak on something they haven’t genuinely experienced.
Truth does not become yours because you can explain it.
Truth becomes yours when your life no longer lives in contradiction to it.
The Inversion
Distorted Masculine and Feminine embodiment
The inversion on Earth is real.
Distorted masculine in women.
Distorted feminine in men.
Once illusion begins to fall, you may notice how deeply inverted the energies on Earth have become.
People speak about masculine and feminine as aesthetics, roles, costumes or personality traits.
But true masculine and feminine embodiment is not performance, its energetic architecture and much of that architecture has become inverted.
The feminine has been taught to survive by over functioning. The masculine has been taught to survive by disconnecting. That is the distortion.
Instead of healthy polarity, we have compensation.
Instead of embodiment, we have survival patterns.
Instead of truth, we have inversion.
Distorted Masculine Embodiment In Women
Distorted masculine embodiment in women is not strength. It is survival mode performing power.
It is the woman who has had to become hyper independent, emotionally suppressed, constantly productive, hyper vigilant, forceful and rigid.
She’s unable to soften, receive, rest without guilt and trust anyone enough to let go of control.
She is praised for being strong but what is actually being praised is the inversion.
What’s being praised is how well she learned to live in her armour.
She doesn’t relax into life, she manages it. She controls it and outperforms it.
She carries everything, anticipates everything and holds everyone else together.
This is not sacred masculine in her, this is a wounded feminine that had to develop distorted masculine structure to survive in a world that did not feel safe.
It often looks like contempt for softness, discomfort with receptivity, overthinking instead of feeling, doing instead of being, control instead of trust and performance instead of embodiment.
She may call it standards, power or not needing anyone but underneath the armour is grief.
The armour covers her exhaustion, disappointment and mistrust.
She lives in a body that never learned it was safe to soften.
Healthy masculine in a woman supports her feminine. Distorted masculine in a woman suppresses it.
Distorted Feminine In Men
Distorted feminine in men is not softness. It is ungroundedness, emotional avoidance, passivity and self protective instability dressed up as containment.
It is the man who feels everything but anchors nothing, longs but does not act, receives but does not hold, wants closeness but avoids responsibility and romanticises emotion but cannot embody protection.
It’s the man who lives in fantasy, mood, avoidance or charm instead of leadership, truth and grounded action.
He may appear unfazed, strong or put together but if there’s no backbone beneath it, what is being expressed is not healthy feminine integration. It is distortion.
It often looks like indecision, passivity, lack of direction, emotional inconsistency, avoidance of consequence, wanting to be understood without doing the work of self awareness and expecting others to hold what he refuses to hold in himself.
This is not sacred feminine in a man, this is wounded masculine that has collapsed and cannot even lead himself.
Healthy feminine in a man softens and deepens his masculine. Distorted feminine in a man destabilises it.
The Inversion
This is the inversion on Earth.
Women are pushed out of their natural receptivity into overdeveloped survival masculine embodiment.
Men are pulled out of their grounded protective masculine into unanchored, avoidant, distorted feminine expression.
Then everyone calls the imbalance empowerment.
That is why so many dynamics feel wrong.
This is because the energies are not integrated, they are compensating for lack they aren’t aware of and driving themselves towards distorted goals unconsciously.
Women are exhausted from carrying what they were never meant to carry alone.
Men are ungrounded because they were never taught how to stand in embodied truth without mistaking it for domination.
Neither side is the enemy, the distortion is.
Men hate women, women hate men. Fire gets fought with fire, creating more inversion.
It creates incels, it creates a perceived irreversible separation.
When energy is shaped by survival, trauma, inversion and compensation, it isn’t truth.
It is distorted, it’s an inversion, it’s a separation.
The problem isn’t the manosphere, it is patriarchy as a whole.
It is the entire systems we are all conditioned to. It is ancestral lineage, fabricated history and religion.
There is nothing wrong with men and nothing wrong with women, there is something wrong with the world itself, with the collective as a whole.
Healthy masculine is grounded, protective, directional, honest, containing and stable.
He understands his emotions and leads with his heart open, he faces the fear of being seen as he is because, he is whole within himself.
Healthy feminine is receptive, intuitive, feeling, creative, open and alive.
She has firm boundaries, she speaks her mind, she isn’t afraid to walk alone if nothing meets her standard because she is whole within herself.
Both energies exist in all of us but distortion happens when survival hijacks them.
The woman stops receiving and starts managing everything.
The man stops grounding and starts floating in feeling without responsibility.
That is not sacred polarity or inner union, that is trauma architecture.
The work is to become honest enough to see where your embodiment has been distorted by fear.
Where did you harden when you should have softened?
Where did you collapse when you should have stood?
Where did you call survival power?
Where did you call emotional avoidance safety?
That is where the truth begins, real embodiment is not aesthetic, a costume or a performance.
It is when the energy in you returns to truth instead of survival.
